KHCB Brand Enhancement We believe in hands-on personalized service for every project and we treat every project with the same excitement and enthusiasm we had for our first. KHCB believed in us and gave us the task of their brand identity revamp. After a careful brand-audit, we realized, the KHCB brand had no consistency. We studied all their media channels including their online presence in careful detail and found that the brand was missing a strong positioning. Client: Khaleeji Commercial Bank B.S.C Services: Stationery, Indoor & Outdoor Branding Brief KHCB had a steady but slow growing customer base in Bahrain. The bank did not want a drastic visual change from their existing brand. They wanted to retain their original logo and enhance the remaining brand assets around it. Along with the KHCB brand they wanted to enhance and refine all the sub brands and products that the bank had to offer. Process Through continuous conversation with the corporate communications department of the bank, we formulated a unique positioning and defined core values for the brand. Any design, message, layout from this point on was to follow this new positioning. A dedicated team of designers was set within the agency to revamp every face of the brand. Over a period of 5 months, the team redesigned everything starting from the primary colors used to every single bank form. We set guidelines for every possible usage of the brand; from outdoor signage to campaigns to the interior infrastructure of the bank. Our aim was to attain the highest possible level of consistency and thus increase brand recognition. Result The new positioning and enhanced brand identity set KHCB a class apart from its competition. The campaigns that followed the brand revamp were rolled out with increased efficiency and received a positive feedback form the audience.
