What we collect

When you contact us. If you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name and your message.

When you browse. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site secure and working.

Cookies. We use cookies that are needed for the site to work, and we ask for your consent before using any optional cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie icon at the bottom of the page.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project with you.
  • To manage our relationship with clients and suppliers.
  • To keep the website secure, fix problems and understand how it is used.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We use your data because you have asked us to (for example, by sending an enquiry), because it is needed to prepare or perform a contract with you, because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing our business, or because the law requires it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We only share personal data with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website hosting and email providers, and only for that purpose. We may also share data if the law requires us to. Some of these providers may store data outside Bahrain or Saudi Arabia; when that happens, we take steps to make sure your data is protected as required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no longer than two years if no project goes ahead. Client and project records are kept for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018) and Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your data, or stop or limit how we use it;
  • stop sending you marketing messages.

To make a request, email info@admarkgulf.com. We will reply within the time required by law. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the data protection authority in Bahrain or Saudi Arabia.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website. No website is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through our contact form.

Links to other websites

Our website links to social media and client websites. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your data, so please read their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
